When will my order by dispatched?
Once you have placed an order via the website please allow up to 10 working days to receive your order.

How to store my chocolate?
Once you have received your chocolate we recommend storing it at room temperature away from direct  sunlight, so a cupboard should be fine.
We recommend not placing your chocolate in the fridge unless the temperatures are generally high in summer months.

Can I place a custom order?
We only accept custom orders with our large party bars. Please pop over to the page where you will be able to click on the link and add either a name or age.

How long will my chocolate last?
All our choccy products will last up to 6 months, however we recommend consuming within the first 3 months, but fresh is always best!

How do I redeem a coupon code for leaving a review?
Simply email us and we will send over your £1.00 off coupon. This can only be used once.

I bought a hot choccy stirrer, how is this best served?
Fill a microwave cup up 3/4 full, heat in microwave for 90 seconds. Then carefully dunk your stirrer and stir gently for approximately 1-2 minutes  until melted.. Then ENJOY!
